I was the lead developer on this feature. It included styling and feature gating the application's client. The styling matched the branding of the portfolio company using the product as their next version.

Pendo
Inline Manual was replaced with Pendo because of added segmentation and features Pendo offered. I worked with the Product Owner to identify the initial dataset to be set w/ each user request. I also was the developer and technical lead for the Pendo project.

The goal of changing the cancellation workflow is to centeralize the data collection for all protfolio brands. This would allow for better reporting.
I was the lead developer on this feature. It was one of the more chaneleging features I have worked on. It required me to work with another developer to finish some parts. I learned a lot about the structor of the project, C# async streams, and hulimity.
